Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations within 30 days:

• Services received cannot be refunded

• Redo’s will be up to the manager’s discretion

• Hair products may be exchanged for any other product or for in-store product credit.
